José María de Fuentes

I am Computer scientist in the Computer Security Lab (COSEC) research group of the Computer Science Department of Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. I am qualified as Associate Professor by the National Assessment Agency (ANECA). In the last years I have visited Fraunhofer AISEC and the University of Siegen, both in Germany. I am involved in different national research projects, currently related to cybersecurity and Internet-of-Things (IoT) security. In the past, I’ve been involved in the security and privacy of ad-hoc networks. I am part of the Editorial Board and Programme Committee of several journals and conferences, and I also served as Vicepresident of the Spanish chapter of the IEEE Intelligent Transport Systems Society.
